Nottingham City Council ("the Council") provide these services for information purposes only. The Council seeks to meet the highest standard of quality information and every attempt has been made to present up to date and accurate information. However, the Council cannot be held responsible for the misuse or misinterpretation of any information and offers no warranty to its accuracy or completeness. The Council accepts no liability for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused as a result of reliance on this information.
You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty free revocable licence solely to view the licensed data for non-commercial purposes for the period during which Nottingham City Council makes it available;
You are not permitted to copy, sub-license, distribute, sell or otherwise make available the licensed data to third parties in any form; and Third party rights to enforce the terms of this licence shall be reserved to OS.
If you are a member of the Public Sector Geospatial Agreement, the data is made available to you under the data sharing provisions within the PSGA Member Licence. You are therefore licensed to use the data in accordance with your PSGA Member Licence.

Private Rented Sector Housing Licences Data
While every effort has been made to ensure the data is current and accurate, errors can occur and Nottingham City Council is not responsible for any loss or damage due to errors or omissions. This data is regularly updated and may be subject to change and no liability is accepted for any reliance upon it. The data does not include details of any current enforcement action being undertaken which may impact upon the licence status of the property or whether or not an application is confirmed as duly made. As such further enquiries may be necessary to fully establish the licensing status of a property. Therefore, any actions taken as a result of the information displayed on the site are undertaken entirely at the viewer's own risk.
